Setting an FKT on the LDW

The Log Drivers Waltz is an 800km bikepacking route that goes around Canada’s capital city, Ottawa. Taking you through many of the small outlying towns, the LGW will challenge bikepackers with an abundance of rail trail, gravel roads, big climbs and beautiful vistas.

In this episode of the BTA Ridecast, I talk through my successful attempt at setting an FKT on this route that goes right through my home turf. Completing the ride in 59 hours and 16 minutes, I surpassed the previous FKT by one full day.

Cheers and keep on pedalling.
